NicheGeek.com and Adsense Niches!I received this question recently from one of my readers - "californiagirl" - regarding my opinion on NicheGeek.com/Adsense_Niches in terms of their forecasting, in a sense, the different niches one might be successful with if one knew what he/she was doing!
This was my response:
In actuality, I only recently started blogging back in March of this year for the very first time and have been researching information on the best way to make money with Adsense.
NicheGeek.com/Adsense_Niches seems to be right on target with all the other guru adsense people I have read about, come across in forums and so forth.
I do believe that finding the "right" niches can be very profitable. I can't tell you how many ebooks/books I've read about internet marketing and making money with Google Adsense and other online ventures like affiliate marketing, where it is stressed to find the right niche for "you."
You have to at least like what you are pushing, writing about, selling. People will feel it in your content if you're not truly interested and that is the kind of response you will get, either no response or little response.
It has also been suggested that whatever your niche is, to write quality content about it, with proper keyword placement throughout each article and also proper SEO. Do that and all else will fall into place, Google Adsense included.
One of the niches I am really getting into is pedal cars. This niche has been the most profitable for me to the point where I started my own e-commerce website selling them (www.qualitypedalcars.com).
In all honesty, Google Adsense is on the low end of the earnings scale with this particular niche, since I make most of my money in sales and affiliate marketing, but this has all been a learning experience for me and one where each day I know more and thus am more successful. The facts are simple in this case - "Don't put all of your eggs in one basket."
To become successful on the internet, I have come to understand that when you do find your "niche" you should do everything you can to become an expert on the topic (soak in all the knowledge you can about it so that you can share it with your readers).
This will get your readers to come back to your blog/website time and time again looking for your knowledge. They will suggest others read what you have to say (backlinks). The more that happens the better.
That is how everything will fall into place.
I hope that answered your question. I tend to be somewhat wordy (lol!), but I'm glad you asked that question. I will be copying and pasting this on my next post.
So...what do you think? Is NicheGeek right on the money? Please leave a comment before leaving.
